Faulty / Damaged Items - Returns
 
We will endeavour to replace all damaged items or give a refund of the bid / buying amount at our discretion. Any refund amount will only cover the amount of your purchase bid and will not include any postage and packaging.

However if a Buyer want to change the delivery address then need to contact us via eBay before making a payment.
 
We do accept returns. However if a customer missed the delivery two times and we received the item back from the courier there will be a charge of 5.00 deducted, Then buyer needs to pay £3.95 for redelivery or we can issue refund by deducting the delivery cost £3.95 and the £5.00 for return. Furthermore if buyer changes their mind or the item is not required then they can send it back to us at their own cost and we will issue the refund by deducting the delivery cost £3.95.

Item are fake copies I believe. They said made in Vietnam inside the shoe but they came in the bag no box which I thought was strange for brand new shoes but on the bag it said Budapest hungry the shoes are different size fit the normal sketches I buy and the seller was very angry and even ended up swearing at me all because I want to send the them back because I didn't think they were real sketches. Looked their business up and it's a small market stall like shop AVOID AVOID
